How To Make A Yummy Mysore Cake!!!

Things Required:

1) Almonds - 50 Gms
2) Cashews - 50 Gms
3) Sugar -    250 Gms
4) Ghee -1/4 Kg
5) Channa Dhal (Kadalai Maavu) - 1 Tumbler.

Steps for Making Mysore Cake:

Step 1: Soak cashew & almonds in boiling water for 1 hour.

Step 2: Remove the skin of almonds

Step 3: Now blend both cashewnut and almonds in blender.

Step 4:Take 1/4 Kg sugar and put it into a Kadai and add some water to it until the sugar mixes well with water.

Step 5:Stir for some time until you get 2 string consistency.

Step 6: Add the blended nuts into the sugar syrup.

Step 7: When the raw smell goes add 100 Gms Kadalai Maavu into the Kadai.

Step 8: Slowly add Ghee little by little and stir by the side.

Step 9: Once it becomes frothy transfer it into a presmeared tray with ghee.

Step 10: Finally cut the cake into pieces after 20 mins of wait time.
